Terms and Conditions for becoming a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC. We welcome you to Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC and ask you to review and agree to these Terms of Use.

• This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC and you as a member of  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.
  
  
• You shall become a Company Member upon acceptance of this application by the Company. As a member you shall have the right to use the services and products offered by the Company in accordance with the Company’s marketing program and Terms of Service which may be amended and changed from time to time without warning or notification.
  
  
• You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing the terms of this Agreement from time to time. You agree that we may modify the terms of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, at our sole discretion, by posting amended terms to this website. Your continued membership, use of the products and services provided, and payments made to Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC indicate your acceptance of the amended Terms of Service Agreement.
  
  
• All continued use of the products or services by you after such amended terms have been posted, regardless of whether such amendment has been sent to you, shall be deemed to have your consent and agreement to such amended terms.
  
  
• You agree that you have fully read, comprehend, and agree to all of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's terms of service and that Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, nor its owner, James Al-Oboudi, can be held legally or financially responsible for any violation of these terms of service you may commit, nor can Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, nor its owner, James Al-Oboudi, be held legally or financially responsible for your termination from the company as a member or user of of the company's products or services.
  
  
• In the event that you choose to take legal action against Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC or its owner, James Al-Oboudi, for any reason at all, you agree to be fully financially responsible for all legal fees incurred by Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC and its owner, James Al-Oboudi, that have arose due to the legal action you have taken.
  
  
• To become a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms after you read this Agreement, you may not become a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.
  
  
• You understand and agree to the following:
  
  a. If you choose to register, you must submit a valid e-mail address, a valid AlertPay ID, and select a password and user     name during the registration process.
  
  b. You agree to notify Teamwork Revolution immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  
  c. You are at least 18 years of age.
  
  d. Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, nor its owner, James Al-Oboudi, will not be held liable in any way for any loss     or damages.
  
  
• As part of the registration process for becoming a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, you agree to:
  
  a. Provide certain limited information about you as prompted to do so by the Service (such information is to be current,    complete and accurate).
  
  b. Maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate.
  
  
• The information requested upon original sign up shall be referred to as registration information.
  
  
• Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC reserves the right to refuse membership to, or use of its products and services to, anyone for any reason.  Furthermore, Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, nor its owner, can be held legally or financially responsible for denying membership to Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, or use of its products and services, to anyone for any reason.
  
  
• Owners of, managers of, employees of, or anyone involved in working for or financially supporting any company that is competition with Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC may not become a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.  If any such person is found to be a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, they will be immediately removed from Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC without a refund and will permanently forfeit all commissions earned from their account.  The only exceptions to this rule will be made by James Al-Oboudi, owner of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.
  
  
• All members of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC agree not to create, own, manage, be employed by, or financially assist any company that is in competition with Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.  If a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC is found to have created, own, manage, be employed by, or financial assist a company in competition with Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, they will be immediately removed from Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC without a refund and will permanently forfeit all commissions earned from their account.  The only exceptions to this rule will be made by James Al-Oboudi, owner of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.
  
  
  
• Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC employs an Acceptable Usage Policy to maintain the performance and integrity of our computer equipment and software.  Breach of our Acceptable Usage Policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC will be the sole authority and determiner on the definition of what "acceptable usage" is within the Acceptable Usage Policy.  This definition can change at any time without notification and Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, nor its owner, James Al-Oboudi, can be held legally or financially responsible for the termination of anyone's account due to a violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy.
  
  
• Spam, Warez, Piracy and Illegal Activities.
  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC does NOT permit any of its services to be used for illegal purposes.  These include but are not limited to spam, unsolicited commercial email, warez hosting, piracy and hacking related activities. Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC will remain the sole arbiter in what constitutes any of these activities.  You acknowledge that participation in any of these activities will result in immediate termination without refund. Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC may involve law enforcement authorities if we deem necessary.
  
  
• Child Pornography.
  If Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC discovers child pornography on any services provided to you, your account will be immediately terminated without refund.  Your personal details will be passed to law enforcement authorities and Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC will fully assist law enforcement authorities around the world to seek charges against you.
  
  
• Hacking/Denial of Service/Sniffing/Spoofing.
  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC does not permit any type of hacking, denial of service, distributed denial of service, sniffing, spoofing, password cracking, or similar malicious activities to be performed on or by its services. Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC will remain the sole arbiter in what constitutes any of these activities.  You acknowledge that participation in any of these activities will result in immediate termination without refund. Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC may involve law enforcement authorities if necessary.
  
  
• Backup restoration.
  If your account has been cancelled and you still need your data contained within any of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's products, there is a $25 per incident charge for all inquiries regarding previous services and / or support. We generally keep backups available for a period of 30 days after account cancellation, but can provide no guarantees on the actual length of availability of a backup.  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, nor its owner, James Al-Oboudi, can be held legally or financially responsible for any loss of your personal information.
  
  
• Budget Web Hosting and Reseller Web Hosting Services.
  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC has strict resource usage restrictions on Budget Web Hosting and Reseller Web Hosting Services. These are designed to maintain the integrity, security and performance of our web servers. Failure to abide by these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
  
  a. No script or piece of software may use 25% or more of system resources for 60 seconds or longer.
  
  b. Running stand-alone, unattached server side processes/daemons is strictly prohibited.
  
  c. Running any type of web spider / indexer (Google Cash / Ad Spy) is strictly prohibited.
  
  d. Running any bit-torrent / P2P application is strictly prohibited.
  
  e. Running cron scripts with intervals of less than 15 minutes, or setting up more than 5 simultaneous cron jobs is strictly     prohibited.
  
  f. Running of public file exchange services is strictly prohibited.
  
  
  
• SEXUALLY EXPLICIT, PORNOGRAPHIC, RACIST, SLANDEROUS, AND MALICIOUS CONTENT OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  
  
  
• Disk Usage Provision.
  90% or more of your content on your website must be linked from an HTML or similarly coded web page where all content is freely available to the public. Your website consists of web pages of a standard design, essentially HTML based text and graphics. Downloadable files, media, streaming content or any file which consumes more than 500kb of space must not exceed 10% of your total used disk quota. Your quota is an unlimitted disk space in 1000MB incremental blocks. Additional space provided upon site approval.
  
  
• Autoresponder Usage
  You agree to only use double opt-in auto-responders with any website created through Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's web hosting services. If you use a non-double opt-in auto-responder with any website created through Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's web hosting services, your hosting account will be permanently terminated.
  
  
• Business Web Hosting Services
  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC has strict resource usage restrictions on Business Web Hosting Services. These are designed to maintain the integrity, security and performance of our web servers. Failure to abide by these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination without refund.  No script or piece of software may use 35% or more of system resources for 60 seconds or longer.
  
  a. Running stand-alone, unattached server side processes/daemons is strictly prohibited.
  
  b. Running any type of web spider / indexer (Google Cash / Ad Spy) is strictly prohibited.
  
  c. Running any bit-torrent / P2P application is strictly prohibited.
  
  d. Running cron scripts with intervals of less than 10 minutes is strictly prohibited.
  
  e. Running of public file exchange services is strictly prohibited.
  
  
• Virtual Private Server (VPS) and Dedicated Server Web Hosting Services.
  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC has strict resource usage restrictions on Business Web Hosting and E-Commerce Web Hosting Services. These are designed to maintain the integrity, security and performance of our web servers. Failure to abide by these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
  
  a. Running any type of web spider / indexer (Google Cash / Ad Spy) is strictly prohibited.
  
  b. Running any bit-torrent / P2P application is strictly prohibited.
  
  c. Running of public file exchange services is strictly prohibited.
  
  
• Secure Shell Access (SSH) Is not Allowed.
  
  
• By agreeing to these Terms, members affirm that they will not use this service to harass or abuse other members.
  
  
• Individuals who have spammed other members or the owner, or have demonstrably harassed or committed slander against other members or the owner through any means at all will be removed from the company.
  
  
• Teamwork Revolution may terminate your membership at any time, without notice or refund, for conduct that violates this Agreement.
  
  
• Your purchase and use of our information, products and services should be based upon your own due diligence and judgment on how best to use them.
  
  
• You will not view Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's products and services as responsible for any success or failure of your business.  Your decision to purchase and use Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence, and not on any representation that we make to you.
  
  
• Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC is not responsible for any success or failure of your business after you implement the information you receive from us. Refunds are not provided due to lack of effort or due diligence.  Furthermore, Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC has the right to deny a refund to anyone for any reason without any legal or financial responsibility.
  
  
• You will not use Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's trade name and/or trademark in any way unless you have received written confirmation from Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC to do so.
  
  
• Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC reserve the right to change, modify, and update these terms at anytime without notification.
  
  
• You fully agree that by becoming a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, you are an independent member responsible for your own business and are not an employee of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC. You will not be treated as an employee in regard to any laws regarding employees, including, but not limited to, public liability insurance, workers compensation, insurance, and superannuation, each of which is the members responsibility.  You fully agree that you are not employed by Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC in any way and are fully responsible for your own taxes due to the government of your residence.  You fully agree that Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, nor its owner, James Al-Oboudi, are responsible for having any involvement in your taxes due to the government of your residence.
  
  
• This agreement is not intended and shall not be construed to create a relationship of employer-employee, agency, partnership, or joint venture between anyone and Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.  As an independent contractor and non-employee of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, the member shall:
  
  a. Abide by any and all federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to this agreement and/or the    acquisition, receipt holding, manufacturing with promoting selling, distributing or advertising of company products or    products by members.
  
  b. At the members own expense, make, execute, or file all such reports and obtain licenses as are required by law or    public authority with respect to this agreement and/or the receipt, holding, selling, distributing or advertising of    company products.
  
  c. Be solely responsible for declaration and payment of all local, state and federal taxes as may accrue because of your    activities in connection with this agreement.
  
  
• Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC may immediately terminate the agreement with a member who discredits the company’s name or business, violates any requirement contained in this agreement, company policy and procedures, or training manuals, or misrepresents the company’s products or business opportunity by making claims contrary to the company's product literature and labels.
  
  
• It is expressly prohibited to encourage a person to join Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC as a member or purchase the company's products or sales aids and literature by quoting what someone else, somewhere, sometime may have earned in this opportunity. You may, of course, discuss your personal experience and, with permission, that of your sponsor.
  
  
• No expectation of earnings is either stated nor implied from the use of the products or services offered by Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.
  
  
• This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the member and company, and no other additional promises, representations, guarantees, or agreements of any kind shall be valid.
  
  
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's location of registration, and all claims, disputes, and other matters between the parties of this agreement shall be brought in the courts of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's location of registration and the member irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's location of registration.
  
  
• You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement.  You have carefully reviewed Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's marketing plan, regulations, policies, procedures, products and services and acknowledge that all are incorporated as part of this agreement in their present form and as modified from time to time by the Company.  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC may change any aspect of it's marketing plan, regulations, policies, procedures, and products and services at any time without notification or any legal or financial responsibility.
  
  
• Spam Policy
  
  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC maintains a "no tolerance" policy in regard to the sending of spam email.  We strictly enforce a no tolerance policy when it comes to the sending of unsolicited e-mail (spam) and have made every effort possible to discourage and prohibit the sending of spam.  Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC does not allow anyone to use its products or services for the purpose of sending spam. If Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC believes that one of its members is spamming other Internet users, that member will be subjected to immediate removal from Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, have all accounts and privileges terminated, and forfeit any and all commissions they are due to receive.
  
  
• Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's definition of spam.
  
  a. Spam, including unsolicited commercial email, unsolicited bulk email, mass email, and junk email, is a message that    advertises goods, services, or opportunities that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of    a previous relationship.
  
  b. Spam email is defined as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). In the event that you send spam email to users without    their permission, you risk immediate termination of your Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC account, as stated    above.  As a member, you acknowledge that you fully understand that Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC neither    condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or spam email by its members.  As a member of Teamwork Revolution    Power System, LLC you acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for mail you send, or that another party sends on    your behalf.
  
  c. In the event that you have received spam from a Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC member, you agree to notify    Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's administration at admin@twrpowersystem.com.
  
  d. To ensure prompt handling of your complaint, please forward the spam email to us. In order for us to take swift and     proper action, your email must include the following:
  
      The subject line should read: "Spam: (subject of offending mail).
  
      The email address of the sender in the body of your mail. If you forward the spam, the address will already be included.
  
       A full forwarded copy of the offending mail, including complete headers.
  
  e. Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC reserves the right to take full legal action against any member found violating     this Spam Policy.
  
  f. If it is discovered that any member has unjustly reported another member for spam, or if any other false complaint is    made against another member with fabricated, altered, or partial information for the purpose jeopardizing that    member's position in the company, the accusing member will be permanently banned from Teamwork Revolution Power    System, LLC.
  
  g. To reiterate, Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC will not tolerate spam and will terminate the account of any    member that we believe is violating any Anti-SPAM policy or regulation.  All account privileges will be null and void.  You    will not be eligible for a refund when you have violated the Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC Spam Policy.
  
  
• You fully acknowledge that you have read, comprehend, and agree to Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's terms of service and will never dispute them in any way.
  
  
• Refund Policy.
  
  By becoming a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, you agree that you have read and understand every single aspect of this refund policy, fully agree to it, and will never challenge it.
  
  By becoming a member of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, you agree to first give Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC the opportunity to refund your payment before contacting your credit card company or any payment processor Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC uses. You agree to notify Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC in writing (no email) or via telephone if you wish to receive a refund. You also agree to allow Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC 14 days to grant your refund before taking further action. If you do not comply with this refund process, you agree to forfeit your right to a refund and the ability to make a charge back with your credit card company or any payment processor Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC uses. If you make a charge back, you agree that you have no legal right to do so and that Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC is not responsible for refunding your payment or paying any charge back fine. Furthermore, you agree to fully comply with the reversal of the charge back fine imposed on Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC immediately upon Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC challenging the charge back.
  
  Due to the fact that all paid members of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC are instantly given full access to James Al-Oboudi's 26 page marketing plan and are able to download it and keep it for life, by submitting your payment to Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC, you are acknowledging that you have received a non-returnable product that's value is in excess of the membership fee you have paid. Therefore, you acknowledge that you do not have the right to receive a refund for your payment to Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.

Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC offers a 14 day free trial so that all prospective members can thoroughly investigate the company and the products and services we offer at absolutely no cost with no obligation to ever make a payment to us before deciding whether or not they would like to join us as a paid member. Because of this generous free trial in which everyone is given ample time to thoroughly investigate us and what we have to offer at absolutely no charge, we only offer refunds in the following instances:

a. There is a billing error that caused the member to be charged more than once and the member has contacted us for a refund of the extra payment(s).
b. A member accidentally paid for the same account twice (or more) and contacts us to have one (or more) of the extra payments refunded.

d. If any technical error occurs on Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC's behalf that negatively impacts a customer's account.

While these rules are the foundation of our return policy, we of course are insistent on keeping our customer's and the public extremely satisfied and thoroughly pleased with our company. Therefore, leniency will be repeatedly given to members in special circumstances outside of these rules. However, due to our completely free and very generous 14 day trial in which all members have ample time to thoroughly investigate us before making the decision to become a paid member, as well as the fact that all paid members are instantly given the ability to download James Al-Oboudi's 26 page marketing plan and keep it for life, we will obviously not allow refunds to be given simply because a member asks for one. They will either have to fall into one of the three categories listed above, or provide another suitable reason (Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC will be the sole decider of what is and what isn't a suitable reason) for receiving a refund. After being provided with said reason for refund, Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC will show as much leniency and cooperation as possible with its members while simultaneously not allowing refunds to be abused. However, as stated above, all members must first give Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC written (no email) or telephonic notification of their desire for a refund and allow Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC at least 14 days to grant a refund before taking any further action. If you do not comply with this process, you agree to forfeit your right to a refund, as well as forfeit your right to make a charge back with your credit card company or any payment processor in use by Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.
