I want to cancel before my free 14 day grace period is up. Can anyone explain how to cancel?

Sometimes people have genuine reasons for cancelling, like financial problems or stuff like that. Other times people just come into businesses thinking "If I am not earning before I have to pay, forget it" and that approach is a 100% failure tactic. I don't know which applies here, but one of the two.
